By booking or participating in Off Ice Academy activities, participants and parents/guardians agree to the following:

1. Participation in physical activity carries an inherent risk of injury.

2. Parents/guardians must provide accurate medical and emergency contact information before participation.

3. Participants must follow all reasonable instructions given by the coach.

4. Off Ice Academy reserves the right to refuse participation where behaviour presents a risk to safety or wellbeing.

5. Participants are responsible for arriving appropriately dressed and prepared for activity.

6. Parents/guardians remain responsible for participants outside scheduled session times.

7. Bookings and refunds are subject to the Off Ice Academy Refund Policy.

8. Off Ice Academy reserves the right to amend programmes, schedules, or policies where necessary.

9. Participation in sessions constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
