Refund Policy

Bookings may be cancelled up to 48 hours before a scheduled session for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of a session may not be eligible for a refund except in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of Off Ice Academy.

If Off Ice Academy cancels a session, participants will be offered either:

• A replacement session, or

• A full refund for the cancelled session.

​

Refunds will normally be processed using the original payment method.
